We love Thornwood Vet Clinic. They genuinely love animals, are professional and do not price gouge. They don’t push expensive pet food or supplements. Our lab had knee surgery there and they took such good care of her. No question about your pet is silly; you can call or email them any time.
Very accommodating for late scheduling and care so much! My puppy loves to go to the vet because he’s so excited to see this wonderful staff. I’ve been using them contactless and the experience has been smooth, friendly, and informative. 🙂

First visit to this clinic with a sick dog. They took her in right away and the staff could not have been any better. Very friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. After my dog was seen, the doctor came out and spoke with me in detail and at length about her assessment. She really listened to my concerns and was respectful of my perspectives on the situation. You can tell they really care here!
Great service, friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. We have had 3 dogs seen here and Thornwood staff has always given us many options regarding our animals and what best meets their breed specific care. Our dogs also enjoy being boarded here, not sure if it’s the walks or the attention from the staff, they are always happy & healthy when they come home.
We have been with Thornwood Vet Clinic with our dogs since I was a child. The staff is wonderful! Caring, thourough, friendly, accommodating, and our dogs are so well taken care of. I never feel rushed or pressured into options that I've been given for medications or treatments. Truly appreciated 🐾
Cannot recommend this place enough! I was visiting from out of town and my dog got into some grapes - they were able to get her in right away and the staff was top notch! They were so caring and kind to Luna that I actually had to drag her out of the front office because she didn’t want to leave her new vet friends!
Cannot even begin to say how much we love Thornwood. We have taken several pets here over the years and we so very much appreciate Dr. Grusling’s obvious extensive veterinary knowledge but she also takes a conservative approach to care so we never feel like we are doing unnecessary procedures. The entire staff is great!
I've been going to Thornwood for 6+ years now with 4 different dogs. They have been absolutely wonderful. They are quick to respond, anytime I call or email. Whenever my dogs have had something unexpected going on, they will usually get them in to be seen that day, which is not the norm for other clinics. Heather and Samantha are the best techs, they are so easy to work with. Dr. G and Dr. Deny are easy to talk to and will always give their honest opinion. I don't feel they try to push unnecessary things on you, as some places do, which I really appreciate. Even though I live on the other side of town now, it is still worth it for me to take them all the way to Ada to be seen, I completely trust them with my pet's care.
